Hydrant Valves
Fire Hydrant Pressure Relief and Pressure Reducing Valves are used for controlling pressure during fire hydrant operation as well as to enable safe maintenance of a fire hydrant or associated hydrant system piping. The globe style valves are constructed of epoxy coated ductile iron. The stainless steel valves are equipped with a 2 1/2″ or 4″ threaded female fire hose end connection on the inlet side of the valve and male hose connection on the outlet side for simple installation and removal.
The Cla-Val Fire Hydrant Pressure Relief Valve will safely and efficiently control from no flow to full open flow without any chattering or slamming under low flow conditions. Our hydrant control valves are just one of the many superior products in Cla-Val’s complete line of fire protection valves.
